This Project Portfolio Management (PPM) & Earned Value Management (EVM) Guide is Cenex's open reference on portfolio governance and project performance measurement for Australian infrastructure delivery. It is written for executive sponsors, PMO leaders, finance teams, project managers, and lender groups who oversee portfolios of capital works.
The guide covers the international standards and frameworks Australian agencies use — PMI's Standard for Portfolio Management, the UK government's Management of Portfolios (MoP), the P3O (Portfolio / Programme / Project Office) operating model — and the Australian Standard for performance measurement, AS 4817:2006 — Project Performance Measurement using Earned Value.
